- Etsy Listing Data: Publicly available information from Etsy listings you visit (titles, prices, views, favorites, shop sales)
- Usage Data: Listings you track, collections you create, and notes you add
- Analytics: Anonymous usage statistics to improve our service
How We Use Your Information
- Provide sales estimates and product analysis for Etsy listings
- Track historical data for listings you choose to monitor
- Generate AI-powered insights and recommendations
- Improve our service and develop new features
- Communicate with you about your account and updates
Data from Etsy
We access publicly available Etsy listing data through the official Etsy Open API. This includes information like product titles, prices, views, and favorites. We do not access any private seller data or financial information.
Data Storage and Security
- Your data is stored securely using Supabase (SOC 2 Type II certified)
- All data transmission is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS
- Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text
- We implement Row Level Security (RLS) to protect user data
Data Retention
- Listing snapshots: Last 60 snapshots per listing
- Daily metrics: 1 year
- AI evaluations: 30 days
- Account data: Until you delete your account
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Etsy API: To fetch publicly available listing data
- OpenAI: For AI-powered listing analysis (optional feature)
- Supabase: For database and authentication services
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete your account and all associated data
- Export your data
- Opt-out of analytics
Cookies and Local Storage
We use browser cookies and local storage to maintain your session and store extension preferences. You can clear this data at any time through your browser settings.
Children's Privacy
Our service is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
